Thank you for shopping at SariSari.NZ!

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 15 days of your purchase, if 15 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. You must inspect the goods they have received from us as soon as they have received them.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. You must take photos of the damaged item while still in the courier box/container. Reply to the Order Summary email we sent at dispatched and attached these photos. Provided that said item was indeed damaged in transit, we will send you the same item at no cost to you. If said item is no longer available, we will refund you the cost by applying a credit to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

EXEMPT GOODS

The following are exempt from refunds and exchanges:

    • Health and personal care items.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SHIPPING OF GOODS TO BE RETURNED

To return the product to us, it must be sent to the following address: 29A Elliot Street, Papakura, Auckland 2110.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
